Product Description
The Flowing Dancer
The Errant sidesword is the quintessence of the Renaissance spada da lato and represents the top-notch configuration among our sport sideswords, along with the Fugitive. It was inspired by several originals featuring more complex hilts and fancy curved quillons. The excellent protection of the upper and lower port, combining with the three-branches counterguard, cover both sides of the hand, while the blade shows authority in bindings and agility in thrusts. The Errant is specifically designed for Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) and is an excellent pairing with our buckler, targa, parrying dagger or a cape.
