Product Description

The Bright Valkyrie
The Todesca Longsword is a graceful and extremely quick estoc, whose design was inspired from a 15th century German sword preserved in Musée National du Moyen Âge in Paris. Despite its historical purpose as a thrusting blade was not to be flexible, we reached a perfect balance between flexibility and presence in the parrying, to keep it safe and responsive during sparring and tournaments. The Todesca is a perfect training sword to study German and Italian techniques from the 15th century, simplified and designed specifically for Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA).
